Called for a septic tank inspection and pumping and within hours they had someone on site. Christian was our specialist and he did a great job. Our landlord hired them to come clear out pipes.  Kayla was very prompt and professional.  When she prepared to start clearing the blockage, she discovered part of the toilet had become damaged and replaced it.  I appreciated how thorough she was and her great attitude;   as a woman, I've had plenty of talking-down-to from male plumbers and it was nice to just have someone talk to me as equals.  When she was finished, she reviewed everything she had done with me and with the landlord.  I cannot speak to price, as the landlord paid the company directly, but she was here hauling butt for 3 hours with no complaining, smirking or stomping gunk all over the house and our problems were resolved.

We had an issue with one of the drains and called. Roto Rooter was there the same day and worked to unclog the drain. They had to return the next business day and replace a toilet. The following week they came back to double check the same issue and fixed it again without a charge....So far so good. I would recommend Roto Rooter and their service person Kayla to anyone. They did a tremendous job!
